Returns

The article is in undamaged condition, not worn or washed and has original packaging and cards.

Return processing
If you return an order, you will receive your payment, excluding shipping costs, back from us within 14 days of receipt. As soon as the condition of the returned items has been checked by us, you will be informed by e-mail.

Exchange
Articles cannot be exchanged. If you wish to receive a different size of an article, you must return the article within the return period and place a new order in the webshop.
